We are aiming at an enterprise to deepen a reliable relationship among human beings/companies and continue challenging for unlimited possibility of technology.

Out motto is also to climb up stairs step by step and attain “ reliability of products”. On the one hand, it is reliability of our products and on the other hand it is to be of service to reliability of products made by customers. The sales point of our PCB SEPARATORS exists in the concept of “ being cut with safety” whatsoever.

In addition to that concept, we are determined to further challenge for new technical development.

COMPANY HISTORY

1975.3 Sayaka Machinery Co. Ltd was established at Kita Senzoku, Ohta-ku, Tokyo .
It started as a trading company for test production, jiig/tools, gaug.e.
1979.2 Head office moved to 5-chome, Higashi Yukigaya, Ohta-ku, Tokyo
1982.7 Head office moved to 4-chome, Higashi Yukigaya, Ohta-ku, Tokyo .
It started Development/Design Div. of PCB Inspection Jig.
1982.11 Increased Capital
1983.4 Manufacturing Div. started in Head Office. At the same time, the Design Development Div and Electric Div. started for establishment of development system.
1985.6 Name of the company was revised as SAYAKA CO.LTD.
1986.5
Head Office and Factory moved to 2-chome, Jonanjima, Ohta-ku, Tokyo .
We developed Orthogonal Coordinate/4 Axes Robot.
1987.1 We participated INTERNEPCON SHOW for the first time.
1988.3 We formulated Overall 12-Year Vision and the first 3-year Plan;
We just intended to be inclined for Development Type Enterprise.
1989.1 We announced VCD Dual Auto Loader.
1992.1 We announced PCB SEPARATOR SAM-CT23BP.
We also announced Servo Excel.
1992.7 We obtained the neighboring site and extended Head Office/Factory.
1994.1 We announced PCB SEPARATOR SAM-CT23J.
1996.12 We participated in SEMICON JAPAN fro the first time.
We announced BGA SEPARATOR SAM-CT12BGA TYPE-F.
We also established agent net works in Korea , Taiwan , Hong Kong , Singapore and India and then started full-scale export business.
1999.12 We announced CSP SEPARATOR SAM-CT2025D and 1025D. We also PCB SEPARATOR SAM-CT34ZU ( Downside Cutting Type ) .
2000.6 We announced PCB SEPARATOR SAM-CT23BSII.
2000.12 We announced Ice Chuck Dicer SAM-CT3030DI.
2001.6 We announced PCB SEPARATOR SAM-CT22S.
2002.7 We announced Dry Dicer SAM-CT1520D.

Management Priciple


  Our company make a good use of mechatronics technology and provide the industry world with equipments to increase safety, advancement, efficiency of labor and reliability of products, which contribute to the society.

 

SAYAKA is known for uniqueness of products as well as uniqueness of management.
First, we transformed our business lines from 1975 to today such as
(1) Broker
(2) Technical Trading Firm
(3) Production Company by Commissioning
(4) Development Type Company having own products

Second, such transformation has been made by management through participation of all employees.
The sharing of information is valued in our company. For that purpose, house journal is issued monthly since 7the year after the establishment of the company. Conference for Management Plan is held by participation of employees twice a year. All employees recognize themselves as management entity and voluntarily accumulate their efforts to meet satisfaction of customers, which could change risks into chance.

We will further pursue our own role as it used to be and intend to produce technology and products acceptable in the world based on this district.
