By actually bringing the customer’s work to the head office factory and performing a test cut, we are able to make more in-depth technical proposals. We also provide diagnostics for various processing problems and support for cutting methods for new models.
After follow-up
We place importance on after-sales service so that our customers can use our equipment with peace of mind. In the event of a highly urgent problem anywhere in Japan, our service team will provide support in the shortest possible time. Please note that it may take some time for delivery to overseas or remote islands.
