How about distortion at cutting?
About 50 - 200 micro strain, have little distortion on PCB.Just for your information, we detected distortion of 1000 or more micro strain During split PCB by hand.
* It depends on specification of Cutting Jig or PCB. -
During cutting is there generate large amount of dust and attached to PCB?
No. SAYAKA developed original Cutting Fixture and Router Bit, measurements against dust are taken. Adhesion of cutting dust is reduced to the minimum.

What kind PCB material can be cut? Is there any limitation for thickness of PCB？
It is suitable for cutting resin material PCB such as Epoxy Glass, CEM1, CEM3, etc. Generally thickness is 0.4 - 2.0 mm and please contact us for other thickness.

Can be cut PCB which with complicated shapes?
If there is no any component parts on cutting line or portion, it can be cut.

Is there any limitation for PCB size?
As for PCB sizes,
250 × 350 mm for Desktop Type
500 × 600 mm for Stand-alone Type
300 × 400 mm for In-line Type
Generally the minimum PCB size is 10×10mm, it depends on PCB shape and material.
However in case of less than 10 × 10 mm, please contact us for details. -
What is accuracy for cutting?
It depends on wear status of Blade, accuracy of JIG and PCB. Generally cutting accuracy at ± 0.1.

How about convertibility of PCB cutting Jig?
Jig can be commonly used for Desktop Type and Stand-alone Type.
*However it apply to same model PCB only. -
How deal with High-mix Low-Volume production?
Small lot production need creating cutting program frequently, in this case we would like to recommend customer to use Camera-equipped machine, Because it camera help you able to easy program teaching with PC by vision system.
And choose Universal Fixture. As you know Universal Fixture has adaptive possibility because it can be dissemble and set up again, therefore can keep Fixture cost to a minimum. Notice : If customer require high accuracy and strict standard for dust control, above Universal Fixture may not suitable for you.
