    How about distortion at cutting?

    A

    About 50 - 200 micro strain, have little distortion on PCB. Just for your information, we detected distortion of 1000 or more micro strain During split PCB by hand.
    * It depends on specification of Cutting Jig or PCB.

    During cutting is there generate large amount of dust and attached to PCB?

    A

    No. Only minute amount of dust attached on the PCB because use powerful dust collector system.

    What kind PCB material can be cut? Is there any limitation for thickness of PCB？

    A

    It is suitable for cutting resin material PCB such as Epoxy Glass, CEM1, CEM3, etc. Such as paper phenol, aluminum PCB can be cut with special blade.
    Generally thickness is 3.6 mm and please contact us for other thickness.

    Is it possible for small PCB ？

    A

    Smallest size depends on PCB shape and in case of less than 10 × 10 mm, please contact our company. For details. Normally, even it can not be cut but we can try to make special Fixture make it possible to cut with our slicing machine.

    Is there major difference between Slicing Machine and Router Machine？

    A

    Router machine able to cut PCB that with complicated shape, such as straight line and curving line. Meanwhile Slicing Machine only can cut straight line.

    However slicing machine has many features, thickness of standard blade is only 0.3mm(meanwhile Min.router bit diameter is 0.8mm), this make it possible to cut PCB alone the V-glove, without PCB size change significantly. high speed cutting, blade with long life span, need no fixture to cut PCB. * In case need fixture, it depends on the PCB shapes.
